Body piercing is a constantly evolving art form. Bethesda Tattoo utilizes the most current aseptic practices and techniques. We follow guidelines and sterilization protocols set forth by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP), an international organization dedicated to the dissemination of vital health and safety information about body piercing.

Mac Jones

Mac has been piercing since 2016 and spent the majority of his career in Dallas. He’s been an APP member since 2023 and has guest spotted at many studios across the U.S. from Santa Cruz to Philly, Denver to Portland. He prides himself in his care for clients and is constantly seeking to further his knowledge to improve his practices for clients’ safety and satisfaction.

Mac can’t choose favorites, but his most enjoyable piercings are bridges, septums and matching nostrils. He likes working with unique anatomy and helping clients curate their collection of piercings to achieve the style of their dreams.

Vic Magory

Vic has been piercing professionally since 2023, and has been working in tattoo shops behind the scenes since 2020. Although she spent the majority of her time piercing in Leesburg, VA, she is so excited to be a part of the team at Bethesda Tattoo.

Trying to pin down what Vic loves to pierce most is nearly impossible, but lip, eyebrow, and symmetrical piercings are some of the top contenders. Her biggest love in piercing is seeing her clients so happy with her work when everything is installed.
